If you are a private landlord and wish to apply you can download the assessment form and authorisation slip to print, or request an assessment pack to be posted to your address. Please click the relevant link.

Once you have printed or received the landlord assessment form and authorisation slip, simply complete, sign, and return it through the post. If your property requires loft or cavity wall insulation measures we will contact you to arrange a date for survey.

The property will automatically qualify for our discount scheme of £99 for loft insulation and £99 for cavity wall insulation*.

The property will qualify for FREE loft and cavity wall insulation providing there is a tennant living in that property who meets any of the following criteria*:

• The tennant receives a qualifying state benefit (e.g. Housing Benefit, DLA etc)
• The tennant is over 70 years of age
• The tennant has a low income and qualifies as 'fuel poor'

* Subject to survey. Free insulation scheme requires evidence from the tennant at survey.
