How It Works?
In most houses built after the 1920's, the external walls are made of two layers with a small air gap or 'cavity' between them. Filling this gap with insulating material acts as a barrier, preventing heat from escaping and also preventing the build up of condensation on your walls and ceiling.
The Savings!
Around 35% of heat is lost through your walls. Insulating the walls of your home can save you up to £100 per year on your fuel bills. We provide free or discounted grants on cavity wall insulation, please click here to see which grant you are entitled to.
