We provide free and discounted grants to home owners and private tennants who live in Stoke-on-Trent or Newcastle-under-Lyme.

If you are in one of the following groups you could qualify for a FREE grant towards loft and cavity wall insulation:

• Those over 70 years old
• Those receiving a qualifying state benefit
• Those classed as 'Fuel Poor'
• Your home is not energy efficient AND you have children under the age of 16
• Your home is not energy efficient AND you have anyone over 60 living with you

If you are not eligible for a free grant then you automatically qualify for a discounted grant towards loft and cavity wall insulation.
