• FREE Fire safety advice with smoke detector
• FREE over 60's energy efficiency advice (for Stoke-on-Trent households)
• FREE home security advice (for Newcastle-under-Lyme households)
• FREE confidential and impartial benefits advice

If your home is fully insulated you can still request these FREE services by completing a self-assessment form or online application. In return we ask that you to provide your house and central heating details as this information will be used to assess the energy efficiency of the housing stock in your area.
