We require the following information from you to process your application:

• Name, address and contact details
• Property and central heating details
• Which benefit you are receiving (if applicable)
• If you are over 70 years old (required for over 70's scheme)
• Household Income (if you feel you are classed as 'fuel poor')

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email message and a confirmation letter outlining the information we have received. We will then process your form to identify whether you qualify for a free or discounted grant.
