North Staffs Warm Zone is endorsed and backed by Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council. The local authority are contributing to the funding of the project.
Scottish Power
Scottish Power are providing the bulk of the scheme's funding through the Government's Carbon Emissions Reduction Target initiative. Scottish Power are also proving our free low energy light bulbs which are distributed to customers.
National Grid Affordable Warmth
The National Grid Affordable Warmth Team helped to set up the zone in North Staffordshire. National Grid are also contributing to the funding of the project.
Eaga Insulation
Eaga Insulation (Formerly Millfold) are one of the UK's leading providers of home insulation services. Eaga Insulation are a sub contractor for North Staffs Warm Zone and will be carrying out installation work for the scheme.
Miller Pattison
Miller Pattison are one of the UK's leading providers of home insulation services. Miller Pattison are a sub contractor for North Staffs Warm Zone and will be carrying out installation work for the scheme.
Beat The Cold
Beat the Cold (BTC), a registered charity and a member of the National Energy Action (NEA) work to reduce the incidence of cold related illnesses and fuel poverty in North Staffordshire. BTC work with Warm Zones to assist people accross all housing tenures in North Staffordshire.
Warm Front
The Warm Front Team are a government funded initiative who provide grants on insulation and central heating improvements.
