North Staffs Warm Zone organise community events accross the city to raise awareness of the scheme. So far we have held many successful events at various market stalls, luncheon clubs and supermarkets. Members of the public can complete an assessment form to see if they qualify for a free or discounted grant and gain useful information on how to cut their fuel bills.

North Staffs Warm Zone also target various minority community groups and schools to raise awareness and provide energy saving tips. So far we have worked with the North Staffs Carers Association, Jallalbad Ass., Community Partnership Learning, the Afro Carribbean community, Sikh temple, Elders Groups and a number of Muslim groups. We are also planning to work with Health organisations such as SPCT, Health Clinics and Fenton Day Centre as well as Landlords and Letting Agencies.
