North Staffordshire Warm Zone is a home insulation scheme set up to make private homes in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme affordably warm and energy efficient. Our aim is to help local residents cut their fuel bills by providing free grants for cavity wall and loft insulation.

The Zone is a dynamic partnership delivered on behalf of Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, Scottish Power and National Grid Affordable Warmth Solutions. It brings together funding for any resident wishing to improve their home with modern insulation and especially residents who need help because they live in cold homes or find it hard to keep their home affordably warm.

North Staffordsire Warm Zone also provide additional free services including confidential benefits advice, budgeting advice, fire safety advice, smoke detectors, over 60's energy efficiency advice and home security checks.

In summary, all privately owned or rented households in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme will be able to benefit from the North Staffordshire Warm Zone project.
